| hmmm what have i been doing recently??work and more work...wearing my body out. found out that there is not much stuff happeneing enough for me to post on blog and now am doing random charity work to this pathetic page so that it does not land into the heritage centre or like what kimmy said 'museum'.LOL whatever...but school's starting real soon and i am getting all the jitters and clammy hands. what to do?? maybe should just hold my breath and let it all pass. will be leaving most of my frens behind and start on a new environment,even kim will be off to mars..figuritively. but nonetheless i have to be thankful that at least we are in the same design school...off to watch my kdramas..tataaaaaaaaaa. |

| have done nothing much these few days.god i am stuck at home doing almmost nothing but day dreaming,cant really believe school's starting really soon. kinda feel weird about it...hmmm...it's been soo long since i worked, probably starting next week,since their renovation's ending soon.hmm. tres borid....gotta find something else to busy myself with. tata:D |

just finished reading this wonderful book called soul love by lynda waterhouse. summary of the story is that the female protaganist got whisk off to a small village in britain after the school excluded her for some reason. there, she met a wonderful guy called gabriel.and yes they fell in love,BUT gabriel was announced HIV positive right on birth due to a wrongful blood transfusion. and one of gabe's fren cleo, too was HIV positive. cleo and gabe had known each other for life and they promised to look out for each other. but when cleo fell seriously sick gabe had to leave jenna behind becoause of the promise he made to cleo and her family.
before the last few pages where the tragic did not yet happen, i was really thinking that gabe and jenna were going to stay like that, happily ever after. however they did not, it kinda hurt a bit. but after that i realise, that, people with HIV positive especially those who are innocently born with it. they have no chance given upon them to turn the time back.they live with what the ugly truth told them and bring the truth to their graves. like gabe he knew that cleo needs him more than jenna does, thats because jenna had soo much life ahead of her. but cleo doesnt,a little flu would take her life away. i agree with jenna that letting go of gabe doesnt mean to stop loving him.
i would encourage you peeps to read this book coz, when do you come across books which starred HIV positive boys falling in love with gals??ok thats not the idea but how they deal with it-somehow it makes my usual trantrum look soo immature and sickening. AND STOP BEING SUCH A KID-some people still have the mindset of a spoilt child even though they are 50. i am not good with words, but i believe that the book's a real catch:D |
